Veerle is a charming pink ball dahlia with an unusual fresh green centre that gives each 8 cm bloom a lively, almost luminous quality. The neatly arranged petals form a classic rounded shape, while the contrasting green eye adds brightness and a slightly playful twist to an otherwise soft pink palette. Growing to around 80 cm tall, it is a compact, manageable variety that works beautifully towards the front of a border or in pots, and its tidy blooms are equally useful for cutting where that hint of green brings lightness to arrangements.
Available as a 2 litre potted tuber.
