Rancho is a well-known waterlily dahlia with a slightly more ruffled, many-petalled look than some of the cleaner, simpler waterlily forms, giving the flower extra texture and a lovely sense of movement. The 15 cm blooms are generous and showy without feeling heavy, opening into a softly cupped, layered shape that looks fabulous in the border and makes a brilliant focal flower in arrangements. Growing to around 100 cm tall, it produces strong stems and flowers reliably through the season, offering that perfect combination of elegance and abundance that makes waterlilies so addictive.
Available as a 2 litre potted tuber.
