Megan Dean is one of Rachel’s favourite ball dahlias, producing perfectly formed 8 cm blooms in the softest blush pink with a gentle warmth at the centre. The beautifully symmetrical petals create that classic rounded shape so sought after for wedding work, where its refined colouring pairs effortlessly with creams, whites and muted pastels. Growing to around 100 cm tall, it is an early and generous flowerer with strong stems, making it just as valuable in the cutting patch as it is weaving through borders with understated elegance.
Available as a 2 litre potted tuber.
