Cornel is a classic, older ball dahlia variety producing rich, velvety crimson-red blooms with beautifully tight, symmetrical petals that form a near-perfect sphere. At 10 cm across and reaching around 110 cm tall, it is an absolute stalwart of the cutting patch, particularly reliable later in the season when you need depth and strength in your colour palette. Closely related to our ever-popular Cornel Brons, it shares the same exceptional stem quality and productivity, making it a superb choice for cutting gardens and for bringing bold, confident colour into the border.
